You've spent a long time being attuned to everyone else...what they need, how they feel, what keeps the peace. Somewhere along the way, you lost the thread back to yourself.
I'm St. Louis-based therapist offering virtual therapy across Missouri and I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, major life transitions, and religious harm. The clients I tend to connect with best are curious about themselves and ready to do more than manage; they want to understand what's underneath.
My approach is relational, somatic, and parts-informed. That means we don't just talk about your experiences. We explore them from the inside out, paying attention to what your nervous system is telling you and getting curious about the different parts of you that show up in your life and relationships. I believe the goal of therapy isn't to override your inner world, but to understand it.
That's why I named my practice Shared Journey, because this work is collaborative, and you don't have to do it alone.
You want to move at a pace that feels intentional rather than rushed
You are navigating grief, trauma, or the impact of religious experiences
You find yourself in a life transition or questioning who you are now
You value a relational, collaborative process over quick fixes
You're in a stable enough place to do deeper work and ready to invest in the longer arc of healing
