Therapy is an investment in yourself, and I believe understanding your options shouldn't add to your stress. Here's a straightforward look at how I work with insurance and private pay.

I am currently in-network with several major insurance providers.
Reach out to confirm whether your specific plan is accepted before we begin.

Insurance and Pricing

Using Insurance

Depending on your plan, you may owe a copay at each session or a coinsurance after your claim is processed. Before we begin, I'd encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm I am in-network under your specific plan and to clarify what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be.

If I'm out-of-network with your plan, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I'm happy to provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit directly to your insurance.

One thing to note: insurance reimbursement structures limit session length to 50-60 minutes for clients using insurance benefits.

Private Pay Rates

For those not using insurance, private pay offers a different kind of flexibility. Sessions can extend beyond the standard 50-60 minutes when the work calls for it, and our time together isn't shaped by diagnostic requirements or insurance limitations.

Standard 50-60 minute session: $140

Extended 90 minute session: $210
